
Arts for All delivers a range of community arts workshops to local schools, youth and community groups. This promotes access to the arts across north Belfast and builds the capacity of the local community through creativity. The programme is flexible, adaptable and group and participant centred. Arts for All responds to local groups' needs and interest areas through this programme and provides a crcuial creative service for north Belfast community groups.
Drama workshops: designed and tailored to suit all abilities
Music workshops: including: drumming, rock band, djing, music production, song writing and learning to play musical instruments
Visual arts: including: textiles, ceramics, painting, willow weaving, jewellery making, floral art and photography
Dance workshops - all styles of dance are offered through the capacity building programme: salsa, jive, old-time dancing, line dancing, ballroom, hip hop, urban
Urban arts - Street dance, parkour, street art, circus skills and film making
All the programmes are designed in consultation with the groups involved. Participants decide on the programme in terms of the type of activity, location and timing of classes etc, thus ensuring their active involvement in the delivery of the project.
