Inspiring adults the learning difficulties -spaces available

INSPIRE 

Inspire is a city -wide project enabling adults with learning difficulties to link into the professional arts community and develop skills in visual arts and or music which includes singing,composition and percussion.

Piloted  in 2017 with a showcase in Duncairn Centre for Culture and the Arts the project.

The two hour workshops are held in four different locations through out Belfast.

East Belfast -Walkway Community Centre, 1-9 Finvoy Street, Belfast BT5 5DH (Art on Monday, Music on Fridays)

South Belfast - Ballynafeigh Community Association, 283 Ormeau Road,Belfast, BT73GG (Art on Tuesdays, Music on Mondays)

North Belfast- Arts for all, 23 York Road, Belfast BT15 3GU (Art on Wednesdays Music on Tuesdays)

West Belfast -Maureen Sheenan Centre, 106a Albert street, Belfast BT12 4HL ( Art on Thursdays , Music on Wednesday)

Every artsistc session being led by two  professional Northern Ireland based artists. This somewhat unique expereince provides all participants with an opportunity to explore creative expression.

This can and has developed a pathway for:

-Confidence

-Self Expression

-Social interaction

-Skills building

-Further training. 

All workshops run from 10.30 -12.30
