The launch of the second panel of the project the port and docks of Belfast took place on 13th May 2015 at the Ulster Museum. Karen Nickell was in conversation with the artist from the Great Scottish Tapestry Andrew Crummy. This was a fascinating conversation with lots of questions from the audience.
The first two panels will be in the Belfast Room at the Ulster Museum until the beginning of June. The Belfast Room will occasionally be used for events. Please check before making a special journey: phone 028 9044 0000. The panels will be exhibited Tuesday – Sunday 10.00 – 17.00.
There will be a stitching workshop in the Belfast Room Friday 15th May 2015 10.00 am-1.00 pm. All welcome.
