Arts for All has been developing a strategic plan over the past year. This has been developed in consultation with key Arts for All stakeholders - participants, community groups, artists. This was developed by Blueprint Development Consultancy.
The process involved:
- Developing and disseminating questionnaires about Arts for All
- Facilitating three focus groups with artists, participants and community groups to reflect on Arts for All activities
- Reporting back on the findings from questionnaires and focus groups to staff and board
- Planning day to identify strategic themes
- Developing a strategic plan
